How to Lose Belly Fat in 90 Days
Belly fat is the ultimate enemy of most people. The stomach area is the last place that a person will lose fat from. However, if you set a goal and prepare a good workout program you can be sure that you will lose you gut in as little as 90 days. When things are done right, anything is possible.
There are two key components that will help you lose your stomach fat in the least amount of time. The two elements of the equation are exercise and nutrition. I say nutrition because a lot of people don't like the word "diet", so nutrition sounds a lot better.
EXERCISE
Exercise is important because this is how you will burn excess calories that your body cannot get rid of on its own. Not only will exercise help you burn extra calories, but it will also give you more energy and give you an attractive physique. When doing an exercise program it is always important to do strength training and cardio. Most people only focus on cardio because they think this is the fastest approach to weight loss, this is totally wrong. Strength training is what will help you burn calories while you sit and while you sleep. Strength training is also what will make your abdominals show more at the end of the 90 days.
NUTRITION
The next part of the equation is nutrition. Nutrition is important because you body is able to burn off healthy calories a lot faster. The outcome of this is faster weight loss. Don't expect results if you leave the nutrition part out. There is just no way around it. You can't do one without the other and expect amazing results.
As you can see, the fastest way to six pack abs is through exercise and nutrition. Even if you can't make these changes right away, just making small changes day by day will get you closer to your goal.

The Secret to Building Solid Muscle Mass
Are you looking for the most efficient, insanely fast and effective way to build muscle mass? If like me you have scoured the internet reading contradicting advice from a variety of different sources then you may be confused as to what path to follow!
The secret is there is no secret. Let me say that again, there is NO SECRET to this! No magic pills, no secret formulas, no special shortcuts. Building muscle mass takes hard work, time and discipline. If your not the kind of guy who can motivate himself to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, come rain or shine, regardless of what mood your in or how you feel then forget it! This take dedication, real dedication, you will have to force yourself to hit the gym even when you don't feel like it, you will have to discipline your self to eat the right food at the right times - nutrition is in my opinion by far the most difficult to get right, its 24/7. You do not get a break you must be getting your nutrition right 90% of the time or you will fail. Now this all might not sound very positive or motivating but what I am trying to impress upon you guys (and girls?) is realistic expectations of what it takes to succeed, I do not want anyone to commit themselves to any goal with out the proper mindset or knowing what there are going into.
I promise you if you follow the three golden rules set below you will consistent and slowly over time build and maintain at least 1lb of muscle mass per week. They are:
1. Build the habit of consistently hitting the gym at least three times per week, regardless of ANYTHING!
2. Eat the right kind of food at the right kind of times.
3. And thirdly and possible least important of the three, proper supplementation. I personally only use creatine and whey protein shakes as I find this is all I need, you may be different. Experiment to find what works for you but don't be fooled by glossy advertising campaigns, you do not need SUPER GATOR 2000 or any of the other latest gimmicks to build solid muscle mass. Just follow the 3 golden rules and you will see results!

Tools You Need For Electronics Projects
Assembling electronic circuits is a great way of learning electronics, and depending upon the project undertaken, a number of tools and components may be needed accordingly. However there are some basic tools and electronic components which are needed in almost all electronic projects and are a 'must have.'
The first thing to consider is the type of circuit board being used. The circuit board is what the circuit is assembled upon and connected. There are three main types of circuit boards - the breadboard, the stripboard, and the printed circuit board.
The breadboard is used for making temporary circuits and does not require soldering whereas the other two types are both permanent and require the parts to be soldered on to them.
When working on printed circuit boards or stripboards, the first tool that is required is a soldering iron. Along with the soldering iron, a solder stand, reel of solder, and solder removal wick would also be required.
In addition to the above, side cutters are required for trimming the component leads, and wire strippers for trimming the wires. A small pair of snipe nose pliers is needed for bending leads or holding small parts in place while soldering.
A flat blade screwdriver, heat sink, and electrical drill will also be very useful when working on electronic projects.
In addition to the tools, a number of electronic components are also required depending upon the project. A good collection to start with will contain capacitors, resistors, variable resistors, diodes, transistors, wires, switches, and a power source.
Having these basics will get you started experimenting with electronic circuits.
